Something Is Going On In Sunny Beach Bay

A pair of men sit on outdoor chairs on the side of a paved road at a beach in Sunny Beach Bay. There are a couple of things that are odd about them. First, other people on the outdoor chairs and benches face the beach to admire the view. But these two men are facing the row of shops adjacent to the beach. Second, these two men are fully clothed and covered entirely without their skin showing. Wearing a hooded jacket, full-length pants, heavy boots, gloves, and a face mask. Only their eyes are barely visible, and they avoid eye contact with other people.

It is odd because it is in the middle of Summer in sweltering heat and at a beach, no less. Everyone else is in their beach clothes and barely covered. These two men are trying to conceal their identities and their appearance. However, they have only attracted unwanted attention as everyone at the beach who passes by stares and comments on their out-of-place attire.

These two men have their eyes on two shops adjacent to the beach. One is a cafe, and the other is a fish and chips shop. Not because they desire coffee or chips but because they want to surveil the residents of those shops. A group of teenagers consisting of a pair of brothers in the house above the cafe, and a pair of sisters above the fish and chips shop.

Why are these teenagers being surveilled by strange men? Because they wrote a comic book exposing a sinister group’s dastardly deeds.
